Prior to VPE, he contributed to the success of MTV’s Talent & Series Development Department for over a decade as he was responsible for discovering on-air talent in addition to developing original programming for MTV, MTV2, MTV tr3s, MTVu, MTV Hits and mtv.com. He also served as a talent consultant to MTV Films where he successfully cast actors Beyoncé, Joy Bryant and Mandy Moore in films that would launch their acting careers.
